Trans-Okavango Adventure

ONCE IN A LIFETIME

From North to South by Boat

Experience the Okavango Delta from the water on a once-in-a-lifetime expedition travelling from north to south. Navigate rivers, papyrus channels and floodplains, camp on remote islands and experience the Delta as the journey unfolds. This is dependable on yearly flood levels and only in the months of June, July, August.

THE EXPEDITION

This Is More Than a Boat Trip

This is a fully participating expedition. Guests help with the daily camp routine while three experienced safari guides lead the group. Days are spent on the water, evenings around the fire, and nights on remote islands beneath the Botswana sky.

ON THE WATER

Explore the Delta's Hidden Waterways

The expedition follows the Okavango’s winding waterways, papyrus channels and floodplains, travelling into remote areas that are difficult to reach by conventional tour craft. The safari boats are designed for manoeuvrability and fitted with overhead shade awnings for long days on the water.

Onboard charging is available, and a Starlink unit travels with the crew to provide evening connectivity when needed.

THE WILDERNESS

Wildlife From the Water

Travelling by boat offers a different perspective on the Okavango, with wildlife and landscapes experienced directly from the waterways. The expedition is led by three experienced guides who manage navigation, safety and wildlife knowledge throughout the journey.

LIFE IN THE DELTA

Wild Camping, Made Comfortable

Camp on remote islands far from civilisation while still having the essentials for a comfortable night in the Delta. Safari tents, marked bedrolls and bedding are provided, with a warm bucket shower each evening and toilet facilities on and off the boats.

Meals are provided throughout the expedition, beginning with coffee and rusks, followed by breakfast or brunch, light meals on the route and fireside dinners.
